Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided and may be recovered from the account balance.
All content on the playtime platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of playtime or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Your account grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.
playtime provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall playtime's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. playtime is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the playtime platform should first be raised with our support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority. By using the platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be settled through the above process.
